Roger Conkle Obituary
Roger A. Conkle, 67, of Coshocton passed away Thursday, March 4, 2021 at the Ohio State Wexner Medical Center in Columbus. He was born in Coshocton on November 24, 1953 to the late Ernest Sr. and Wilma June (Matchett) Conkle.
Roger graduated from River View High School. He worked in construction and as a truck driver and retired from Coshocton Trucking in 2016. Roger enjoyed volunteering at RUMC Community Meals and helping his friends. He was a great fisherman and mushroom hunter.
Roger is survived by his son David L. Conkle; daughter Ashley Reedus; grandchildren Emma Christene Conkle, and Braeden, Trenton, and Amyah Reedus; brother Ernest (Kay) Conkle; sister Shirley Norris; several nieces and nephews; and many friends.
Along with his parents he is preceded in death by his baby brother, Darrell Conkle and brother-in-law Edward Norris.
Per Roger’s wishes there will be no services and a cremation will take place.
