Robert "Bob" Hardy

Robert D. Hardy, 89, of Coshocton passed away Wednesday, April 14, 2021 at the Truman Hospice House in New Philadelphia.  He was born in Guernsey County on November 17, 1931 to the late Charles R. and Carrie Belle (Lippencott) Hardy.

Robert graduated from Cambridge High School and worked for Penn Michigan in West Lafayette before retiring.  He enjoyed spending time with all of his grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Robert is survived by his daughter Donna (Terry) West of Coshocton; son Robbie (Denise) Hardy of Coshocton; grandchildren Cara (Draysen) Wilden, Amber (Matt) Hill, Robbie Jo Hardy, Karrie Beth (Bryan) Casey, Tammy (Sheldon) Mencer, David Drake Jr. and Bobby (Laura) Drake.; great grandchildren Trey, Luke, Anthony, Jimmy, Kaden, Leum, Laycee, Raven, Courtney, Aaron, Bre, Mercedes, Paige, Tye and Alyssa; seven great great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife Myrtle Hardy, who passed away October 23, 2020; daughter Patricia C. Drake; four brothers and four sisters.

Friends may call at The Miller Funeral Home, 639 Main Street, Coshocton, OH on Friday April 16, 2021 from 1:00pm – 2:00pm where a funeral service will begin at 2:00 PM with Steve young officiating.  Burial will follow at Fairfield Cemetery.

Due to COVID-19, visitors coming to the funeral must wear their own masks and we will be limiting the number of visitors inside the building.
