Linda Myers Obituary
Linda Sue Myers, 66, of Newcomerstown passed away Tuesday, March 17th 2020 at Union Hospital in Dover. Linda was born in Coshocton on September 20th, 1953 to Robert and Betty Rothenstein. After graduating from Newcomerstown High School, she served her country in the US Army. Linda was a homemaker and an avid reader. She loved animals and had many pets through the years, but she especially loved her family.
On March 3rd, 1983, Linda married Steve Myers, celebrating 37 years of marriage together before her passing. Also surviving are her daughters Mychelle (Jason) Ostrow of Georgia and Melissa (Neil) Harbott of Michigan; sons Chris Myers (partner Jasmine) of Dennison, Cory Myers of Columbus, and Tim Myers of the home; sisters Cathy (Josh) Houp of Kentucky, Robin (Greg) Hart of Newcomerstown, Brenda (Ray) Lundy and Patricia (Karry) Mann, both of North Carolina. She also leaves behind grandchildren Damian Myers, Jade and Julienne Ostrow as well as many nieces and nephews.
Linda was preceded in death by her parents.
The family will hold a private memorial service for close friends and family at 4:00pm on Saturday, March 21st 2020 at the Miller Funeral Home with Pastor AC Dockery officiating.
