She was born on January 11, 1995 in Coshocton, Ohio to Scott (Tracy) Parks and Stephanie (Eric) Babcock. She worked at Buehler’s Bakery and loved her Buehler’s work family. They gave her the nickname, “Cupcake.” She had a servant heart, always reaching out to help others. Loved all things Harry Potter and Friends. She enjoyed collecting and having an obsession with anything that had pineapples. Kacee loved to chew gum and never went anywhere without it. Most importantly Kacee, was always smiling and will be remembered for her cheerful spirit.

She is also survived by many other extended aunts, uncles and cousins.
She is preceded in death by her grandparents on her maternal side, Robert Van Atta, Florence and Bill Foglesong and Raymond Sibert and on her paternal side, Jerry Parks, Wayne Parks and Pauline and George Smith.
She was raised in the Coshocton Church of the Nazarene, making it fitting to honor her there. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, September 28, 2023 at 5pm with her youth Pastor, Brian Daniels to officiate.
Her favorite bible verse was, Jeremiah 29:11, “For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”
A heartfelt “Thank you” goes to all the medical staff from Genesis and the James Cancer Center who had been giving her the best care the last four months.
Memorial contributions can be directed towards the Miller Funeral Home to help defray funeral expenses. Enveloped will be available at the funeral home or you may donate on Kacee’s webpage on the funeral home website.
