John McCormick Obituary
John Patrick McCormick, 71, of Coshocton passed away Sunday September 13, 2020 at Ohio Health Mansfield Hospital. He was born in Coshocton on October 23, 1948 to the late James R. and Venelia (Cosmar) McCormick.
John graduated from River View High School and worked for General Electric for more than 35 years before retiring. He loved to hunt, fish, and collect coins. He was a volunteer firefighter for the South Tuscarawas Fire Department.
John is survived by his wife, Diane (Duncan) McCormick, whom he married October 25, 1977; son Jeff (Mary) McCormick of Orrville; and his brother James R. (Susie) McCormick III.
Along with his parents he is preceded in death by his brother David McCormick; sister Teresa Gabor; and his faithful companion, Joey.
Calling hours will be held at the Miller Funeral Home, 639 Main Street, Coshocton, Ohio 43812 on Thursday, September 17, 2020 from 10:00am – 11:00am with a memorial service beginning at 11:00am with Pastor Mark Granger officiating.
