Jake Wright

Burvil “Jake” Wright, 86, passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by his family, on Wednesday night, August 5th, 2020. He was born to the late Thelma (Bible) and Cecil Wright on August 28th, 1933 at home in Virginia Township, Coshocton County.

Jake is survived by his children Steve (Beth) Wright, Mike Wright, Mark (Theresa) Wright, Vicki (Mike) Droesch and John (Lejanna) Wright; siblings Renard (Sue) Wright, Audrey (Larry) Eaches, Wayne Wright and Marna (Rick) McMillen; 10 grandkids, 9 great-grandkids and two sister-in-laws: Wilma and Cheryl Wright.

Along with his parents, Jake is preceded in death by his wife of 53 years, Clara Ruth, daughter Bev Wright-Morrison, granddaughter Katie Wright, brothers Neville and Kenny Wright, and sister Linda Harrison.

Family and friends may call to the Miller Funeral Home 639 Main St., Coshocton, OH 43812 on Monday, August 10th, 2020 from 4:00pm-6:30pm. A funeral will be held the next day, Tuesday, August 11th at 11:00am at the funeral home and a burial will follow at Branch Cemetery in Jackson Township. In Lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society and the Disabled American Veterans Organization.

Due to Covid-19, we are requiring visitors coming to the funeral home to wear their own face masks and we will be limiting the number of attendees inside the building.
