Carol L Mitchell

Carol L. Mitchell, 87, of Coshocton, passed away Sunday, April 11, 2021 at her home. She was born in Roscoe, Ohio on May 7, 1933 to the late Harrison and Harriet “Hattie” Richcreek. On February 19, 1949, she married Pearlie “Mitch” Mitchell who preceded her in death on June 3, 1984. She lived her life for her children and grandchildren who meant the world to her.

Carol enjoyed all family activities with friends and loved ones. She enjoyed sitting on her front porch, where she observed her flowers and wildlife. She loved country music and highly based on the accomplishments of Dan as a successful country music song writer and producer.

She is survived by daughter, Rhonda K. (Ned E. Davis) along with daughter-in-law, Cathy Mitchell, including 4 grandchildren, Shawn (Julie) Davis, Ryan (Robin) Davis, Jason (Allison) Mitchell and Ross (Regina) Davis; 8 great-grandchildren, Taylor (Erik) Slaughter, Courtney (JJ) McKay, Jade Fritch, Colin and Hailey Davis, Jackson Mitchell, Aubree and Graham Davis; 4 great great-grandchildren, Wesley and Hunter Slaughter, Sawyer and Danny McKay.

Along with her parents and husband, Carol was preceded in death by her son, Dan Mitchell.

Services for Carol will be private, and burial will be at the Coshocton County Memory Gardens.
