Ruth Ann Parks

Ruth Ann Parks, age 83 of Coshocton, passed away on August 12, 2026 at Lafayette Pointe. She was born on July 5, 1943 in Coshocton to the late Denzel and Mabel (Crowthers) Hebron. She was a graduate of Union High School. Ruth was a dedicated mother, spending her life raising her large family. She was a huge Elvis fan, collecting many items from albums, book and trinkets. She also enjoyed puzzles and painting.

Ruth is survived by her children, Ray (Amy) Parks, Bobba Stone, Jimmy Parks, Linda Bush, Esther Dusenberry, Mark Parks and Tony Parks; many grandchildren and great grandchildren as well as sisters, Evelyn Rodgers and Pat Douglas.

She was preceded in death by her parents; children, Patty Boring, Louise Parks, Billy Parks, Donnie Parks and Richard Parks; daughter-in-law, Shirley Parks and Son-in-law, Larry Dusenberry.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Church of Christ at 1800 Chestnut St., Coshocton, Ohio 43812.

Calling hours will be at The Miller Funeral Home on Tuesday, August 18, 2026 from 12pm to 1pm. The funeral service will begin at 1pm with Pastor Lloyd Tenney officiating. Burial will follow at South Lawn Cemetery.
