Roxanne Rae Harding

Roxanne R. Harding, 60, of Coshocton passed away on Wednesday January 29th at the OSU Wexner Medical Center in Columbus. She was born in Coshocton on January 21, 1960 to the late Ruth Ann (Mobley) and William Noon.

Roxanne is survived by her children Rachael Harding and Randall Harding II, sisters Yolanda Ashcraft, Luella McIntire, Jackie Mason, Andi Taylor, Phyllis Smith and June Roof; granddaughter Harper Donley and several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews.

Along with her parents, Roxanne is preceded in death by her husband Randall Harding.

A cremation will take place for Roxanne and she will be buried at the Coshocton County Memory Garden Cemetery on a later date.
