Patricia Jane Hoffman

Patricia “Pat” Jane Hoffman, 78, of Coshocton, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly at her home on August 15, 2026.

Pat was born on May 21, 1948, outside of Cleveland, Ohio, to the late James and Hattie (Bryant) Hurst. She was a graduate of Grange High School and later attended cosmetology school. Early in her career, Pat worked as a hairdresser before spending several years working at RHDD and Hopewell Industries.

Pat was an avid reader and enjoyed the simple pleasures of life. She married Alvin Hoffman on October 10, 2001, and he survives.

In addition to her husband, Pat is survived by her children, Mike Johnson, Nikki Andrews, and Kristi (Jesse) Queen; stepchildren, DeAnna (Andrew) Lighthizer and Courtney (Jon) Hill; 11 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and one sister.

She was preceded in death by her parents and five siblings.

In keeping with Pat’s wishes, a cremation will take place and no services are planned.
