Pamela "Pam" Addy, 71, of Coshocton, passed away peacefully at her home, surrounded by her family.
Pam was born in Coshocton, Ohio, on June 8, 1955, to the late Earl and Betty (Fisher) Donley. She graduated from Coshocton High School and worked at Hopewell Industries for 30 years before retiring.
Pam was a member of Grace United Methodist Church. She enjoyed watching hummingbirds and western movies, camping, fishing, and boating, as well as tending to her flower beds. She found great joy in spending time with her family and enjoying the simple pleasures of life.
She is survived by her husband David "Dave" Addy, who she married May 26, 2007; children Jennifer (Heather Bradford) Cochran of Coshocton, Billy Jo Guilliams of West Lafayette, and Matthew (Micheal Ann) Livingston of Tuscarawas; step children Melissa (Brian) Hardesty, Brandy (Jed) Kenney, and David "Cody" (Hannah) Addy; grandchildren Mia (Gabe) Moore, Codie Mize, Ciera Wharton, Corbyn Guilliams, Lucas (Beth) Cochran, Cole (Katie) Cochran, Sophia, Gannon, Harper, and Mason (Cydney) Addy; three great grandchildren; siblings Abbe Donley and Earl (Kim) Donley Jr.; and her dog, Chloe.
Along with her parents she is preceded in death by her brothers Patrick and Edward Donley.
Calling hours will be held at the Miller Funeral Home, 639 Main St., Coshocton, OH 43812 on Saturday, September 19, 2026 from 11:00am - 1:00pm with funeral services beginning at 1:00pm with Pastor Deb Quillen officiating.
A cremation will take place following funeral services.
