Linda Ruth Wise

Linda Ruth Wise, 75, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Monday, March 9, 2026 at Majora Lane Nursing and Rehabilitation in Millersburg. She was born in Freeport, OH on January 1, 1951 to the late Russell and Wilma (Logan) Berger.

Along with her parents, Linda was proceeded in death by her husband Richard Wise and is survived by her sons Jack P. (Ellen) Jones, Adam (April) Jones, Jody (Angel) Jones, and daughter Trisha (Graig) Harbold, as well as 7 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.

Linda was a beautiful person that put others first. She was an RN for Hospice and helped many through the hard times of their lives with her heart of gold.

Linda will be remembered for her kindness, and sense of humor. She loved nature, quilting, and spending time with family and friends. Most of all she will be remember for her love for life and living it to its fullest. One of our fondest recent memories is how mom loved to dance to the oldies. When the song Footloose would come on she would out dance a twenty-year-old. She will be missed by all her friends and family. We love you, Mom, and we know you are dancing on the stars until we see you again.

Per Linda's wishes a cremation will take place and graveside services will be held at a later date.
