Julie J. Alford

Julie Alford, age 72 of Coshocton, passed away on June 30, 2026. She was born on December 19, 1953 in Coshocton to the late Jim and Jane (Blackson) Miller. She was a licensed practical nurse who dedicated her career to caring for others, working locally at Coshocton Regional Medical Center and Altercare of Coshocton. Outside of work, she found joy in life's simple pleasures. She loved sewing, feeding the birds that visited her yard, and collecting antiques. Some of her happiest moments were spent swimming at Salt Fork, a place she always enjoyed visiting.

Julie is survived by her daughter, Larrisa Alford; sister, Jody (Bill) Bucklew; nephew, Neal Bucklew and special cousin, Vicki (Jim) Johnson.

A cremation will take place with the Miller Funeral Home and Crematory.
