Jean Hammond, 74, of Coshocton, passed away on Monday, July 20, 2026, at Morrison Hospice House in Zanesville.
She was born on March 27, 1952, in Grafton, West Virginia, to the late John G. and Alice M. (Rowkoski) McCloy. Jean graduated from A.B. Hart High School in Cleveland, Ohio.
On September 26, 1970, she married Dale Nealey, who preceded her in death in 1995. Jean enjoyed playing bingo, cooking, and spending time with her family.
She is survived by her sons, Robert (Erin) Nealey of Fresno, Dale (Michelle) Nealey of New Philadelphia, and Benjamin Nealey of Coshocton; seven cherished grandchildren; and her sisters, Ruby Beraducci, Patricia Mason, Kathleen Loomer, and Marcy (Thomas) Kuglin.
In addition to her parents and her husband, Jean was preceded in death by her sister, Teresa Hill, and her brother, John McCloy.
Per Jean's wishes there will be no services and a cremation will take place.
