David R. Jacobs, age 58, passed away on June 30, 2026 at Grant Medical Center. He was born on July 10, 1967 in Coshocton, Ohio to the late Harry E. and Sara Jane (Carnes) Jacobs. He worked at Gerber's Poultry Processing Plant.
David is survived by his siblings, Donald (Barb) Jacobs, Pamela (Tim) Gilmore and Curtis Jacobs.
Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his siblings, Harry "Randy" Jacobs and Peggy Bryant.
A graveside service will be held at the Warner Methodist Cemetery on CR6 on Monday, July 6, 2026 at 1pm with Mike Jansen officiating.
