Dalton J. Miller, 24, of West Lafayette passed away in the afternoon of Monday April 6, 2026 due to a car accident in New Philadelphia, OH.
Dalton was born in Coshocton on February 5, 2002. He loved fishing, working on cars, building Lego's and playing video games. He attended Ridgewood High School and graduated from Coshocton County Career Center in 2020 as a certified welder.
He is survived by his grandparents, Joe & Norma Poorman of West Lafayette; mother Jamie Miller; father Doug Miller; girlfriend Emily Harford; brothers Dresden (Bobbi) Korns and Dallas Alcorn; sister Dayton Alcorn; aunts Leona (Mike) Milligan and Samantha (Scott) Wells; uncle D.J. Hood; great aunt Wilma Jackson; cousins Brayton & Brance Ross, Kristin (John) Milligan, Kaitlin Milligan, Carrie Andrews, Kelly Tawney, and Meatball; and nieces and nephew Maverick and Wynter Korns.
Dalton is preceded in death by his great grandparents Leona & Jesse Watson and Dick and Bev Poorman.
Friends may call at The Miller Funeral Home, 639 Main St., Coshocton on Saturday, April 11, 2026 from 11:00am to 1:00pm where a funeral service will begin at 1:00pm with his grandfather, Joe Poorman, officiating.
A cremation will take place after the funeral services.
Memorial contributions may be directed to Miller Funeral Home to help defray funeral expenses; envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
