Christopher Robert Randles, 50, of Coshocton passed away on Monday, June 16, 2025 at Riverside Methodist Hospital. He was born on May 1, 1975 in Coshocton to the late James A. Flemming and Deborah "Deb" S. (Randles) Reichley. He was currently working at the Otsego Carry out and previously worked at McDonald's for years and numerous other places. He enjoyed watching movies and spending time with family and friends. He would take long drives through the country and listen to music. He would cook his mom's favorite recipes and worked his favorite food or sweet truck at a fair or festival. He loved spending time with his chosen nephews, Dalcin and Ellzye Smith.
He is survived by Chosen Mom and Pops, Nancy (Jeff) Zerbe; Chosen sister, Rachel (Bill Daughtery) Mathias and Chosen brother, Derek (Denise Cleavenger) Zerbe; siblings, Amanda Reichley, Kimberly Rupp, Katie Fisher, Chuck Reichley, Justin (Jan) Reichley; Uncle Tim (Andrea) Randles, Aunt Diane Rine and Uncle Scott Bible; as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Preceded in death by his grandparents, Robert (Delores) Randles; Aunt Brenda Bible; Brother-in-law, Jason Fisher.
The family feels they have lost a shining light in their life. He was vibrant, cheerful and full of life. He was optimistic despite all the challenges he faced. Chris had so many chosen moms, dads, brothers, sisters, aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews that will miss him dearly. He never met a stranger and accepted many into his life as family. He was adamant about giving hugs to all those he loved.
Calling hours will be at The Miller Funeral Home on Saturday, June 28, 2025 from 3pm to 5pm. A funeral service will begin at 5pm with Ric Bonice leading the service.
