Chad A Lemley

Chad A. Lemley, 47, of Zanesville passed away at his home on Saturday January 16. 2021.

Chad was born in Zanesville on August 22, 1973 to John Lemley and Cheryl (Tucker) Lemley.  He graduated from Tri-Valley High School in the class of 1991.  Chad loved playing softball throughout his life and had a true passion for coaching softball.

He is survived by his three children Shawn, Alexandrea and Katelyn Lemley all of New Concord; father John (Paula) Lemley of Duncan Falls; brother Chris (Molly) Lemley of Frazeysburg; step brother Kevin Garber of IL; step sister Kristina (Justin) Smith of Duncan Falls; two nephews Casey and Cade Lemley.

Chad is preceded in death by his mother Cheryl Hayes.

A cremation will take place and a private family memorial service will be held at The Miller Funeral Home, 639 Main St., Coshocton with Pastor Mike Jansen officiating.
