Blanche "Susie" Lilith Menefee

Blanche "Susie" Menefee, 81, passed away at Genesis Hospital in Zanesville on Saturday, March 21, 2026. She was born in Beaver County, PA on February 3, 1945 to the late Alfred and Violet (Beraducci) Musser.

Susie worked at Pretty Products before moving to Georgetown, KY for more than 20 years. While living in Kentucky she worked at Toyota. She moved back to Coshocton a few years ago and enjoyed playing BINGO at home with her grandchildren, coloring, and she loved the holidays and making them special for her family. In her younger years she also enjoyed hunting, fishing, sewing and crafting.

Susie is survived by her son John (Wendy) Newell Sr. of Fresno; grandchildren Mary (Kevin) hook, Johnny (Destiny) Newell Jr., Justin Newell, Shanna Newell, and Danielle Newell; Step grandchildren Chris (Michelle) Randles and Crystal (Lance) Gunn; several great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; several nieces and nephews; her best friend Debbie D'Ostroph; and her special four legged friend, Gizmo.

Along with her parents she is preceded in death by her son, Larry Newell; four sisters Wilma, Violet "Cookie", Alfreda, and Anna; four brothers Willie, Dickie, Sonny, and John.

Calling hours will be held at the Miller Funeral Home, 639 Main St., Coshocton, OH 43812 on Friday, March 27, 2026 from 11:00am - 1:00pm with funeral services beginning at 1:00pm  with Pastor Steve Young officiating. Burial will follow at Plainfield Cemetery.
