Anna Willey

Anna Gayle Willey, 86 of Coshocton, passed away on Friday, October 24, 2025 at Roscoe Gardens. She was born on September 25, 1939 in Coshocton to the late Claridon Isetta and Kathleen Louise (Richcreek) Williams. She worked as a hairdresser and at Longaberger for many years. In 1972, she married Gerald Willey, who passed in 2005. Anna was a woman that gave so much of herself to others. Generous with her time and her heart, she loved being involved in her community and was a proud member of the Eastern Star, Lioness Club, BPW, Pythian Sisters. She also volunteered as a Pink Lady at the hospital, always offering a kind smile and helping hand.

Anna and her husband, Gerald, shared a love of adventure as members of the Gold Wing Motorcycle Club, traveling together across the United States and making countless memories along the way. She also cherished traveling with her children, creating beautiful family moments that will be remembered with love and laughter for years to come.

She was also a longtime member of the Nellie United Methodist Church.

She is survived by her children, Jerry (Janet) Austin, Sherri Vickers (Amy Nethers), Garry Austin, Mara Lee (Donis) Mitchell and Kara Willey; grandchildren, Andrew (Lacey) Vickers, Matthew (Alyssa) Vickers, Katie Vickers, Theia Hoyd, Nicole (Todd) Lahmers, Zach Austin, Dr. Gabriel (Abigail) Mitchell, Maisie (Brian Rogers) Mitchell, Jacob Mitchell, Mandalin Mitchell, Shelby (Drew) Cable, Gunner Willey and Garren McCracken as well as 14 great grandchildren.

Along with her parents and husband, she is preceded in death by her grandson, Dustin Austin.

Calling hours will be at the Miller Funeral Home on Wednesday, October 29, 2025 from 12pm to 1pm. The funeral service will begin at 1pm at the funeral home with Ken Smailes officiating.
