William “Bill” Souslin, 82, of Coshocton passed away at Signature Healthcare in Coshocton on Wednesday May 1, 2019.
Bill was born in Newark, Ohio on August 10, 1936 to the late George Souslin and Evelyn Mae (Baughman) Gephart. He graduated from Coshocton High School in the class of 1955 and began his 20 year career with the US National Guard and US Navy. He enjoyed spending time outdoors, volunteering at Muskingum Valley Boy Scout camp, traveling and wood carving.
He is survived by his devoted wife Diann I. (Lorenz) Souslin whom he married on March 24, 1961; three daughters Carol (Joe) Hadrosky of Coshocton, Pamela (Joe) Young of Coshocton and Barbara (Tim) Morin of Sealy, TX; two brothers Robert Souslin of Willis, TX and Larry Wolford of Coshocton; one sister Vicky (Art) Chaney of Conesville; two grandchildren Joely Young and Craig (Raelynn Carpenter) Hadroksy; one step grandson Patrick Morin; several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call at The Miller Funeral Home on Sunday May 5, 2019 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM where a memorial service will begin at 3:00 PM with Rev. Steve Bentley officiating.
Memorial contributions may be directed to Community Hospice of Coshocton and/or Central Christian Church; envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
