Verda Nadine Davis

Verda Nadine Davis, 89, of Coshocton passed away Saturday, May 4, 2019 at her home.  She was born in Berlin, OH on March 6, 1930 to the late Ralph and Mary (Brown) Aling.

She retired from the Coshocton Hospital dietary department.  She was a member of the Coshocton Moose where she loved to play Euchre.  She also enjoyed traveling, attending garage sales and mushroom hunting.

Verda is survived by her children, Nick (Debra) Davis of Green, OH, Don (Diane) Davis of Fredricktown, OH, Cindy Lapp of Coshocton, and Gordon (Margie) Davis of Shelton, WA; 9 grandchildren, 21 Great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren; and sister Ardis Rastetter of Maximo, OH.

Along with her parents she is preceded in death by her twin babies and brother, Upton S. Aling.

Friends may call at the Miller Funeral Home, 639 Main St., Coshocton, Ohio 43812 on Thursday, May 9, 2019 from 5:00pm – 7:00pm and one hour prior to the funeral service.  Funeral services for Verda will be Friday at 11:00am with Pastor Bill Jones officiating. Burial will follow at Valley View Cemetery in Warsaw. 

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made towards LifeCare Hospice; envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
