Roberta Lynne “Bobbie” Deck Smith Obituary
Roberta Lynne “Bobbie” Deck Smith, 72, of Coshocton, Ohio passed away at Genesis Hospital in Zanesville on Tuesday July 3, 2018.
She was born in Columbus, Ohio on February 20, 1946. Bobbie graduated from the University of Cincinnati as a legal assistant. She had many talents, a certified master knitter, exceptional piano player and teacher, Past President of the Symphony Guild in Cheyenne, Wyoming, and also sold Avon cosmetics in Coshocton. Bobbie was very proud and honored to work for the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals in Cheyenne as a legal secretary where she was very respected by the judges and attorneys.
Bobbie is survived by her two children Tom (Lyn Batia) Smith and Patricia Lynne Smith both of Cheyenne, WY; her mother Mary (Paerson) Oakes of Coshocton; a brother William H. (Helen) Deck of NC and sister Lorrie (Marc) Cascio of WA.
She is preceded in death by her father Norman Deck.
A burial will take place at a later date in Cheyenne, WY.
