Nancy M Parsons

Nancy M. Parsons, 85, of Warsaw slipped away quietly in her home on Monday, November 19, 2018 to join her beloved husband of 61 years, Robert Parsons.  She was born in Columbus, Ohio on April 29, 1933 to the late Francis A. “Frank” and Hazel (Sims) Nehr.

Nancy worked for many years as a certified Medical Assistant, she was an avid birdwatcher, accomplished crocheter; making blankets for every grandchild born over the years. She was a renowned apple pie baker and took great pride and pleasure from cheering The Ohio State football team on Saturdays with her family. Nancy was a devoted wife, mother, grandma, and great grandma, and fierce friend to many.

Nancy is survived by her four children, Robert Parsons, Dan Parsons, Diana (Steve) Husk, and Ken (Jennifer) Parsons all of Warsaw; 12 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; brothers Ollie (Annie) Nehr and Michael (Sue) Lines; sisters-in-laws Peggy Nehr, Connie Anderson, and Mary Diane Anderson; and several nieces and nephews.

Along with her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Robert C. Parsons Sr., whom passed away August 5, 2013; grandson Danny Parsons; Step father Albert Lines; siblings Frank (Susie) Nehr, Butch (Rosie) Nehr, Chuck Nehr, Marilyn Tackett, Betty (Frank) King, and Kathy (Jerry) Daw; and brother-in-law Jim Parsons.

A celebration of life will be held at the Miller Funeral Home, 639 Main St., Coshocton, Ohio 43812 on Friday November 23, 2018 from 4:00pm – 7:00pm.
