Dorothy Louise Kent, 67, of Coshocton, passed away at Riverside Hospital on Saturday February 22, 2014.
Dorothy was born to the late Clifford and Margaret (Herman) Brown in Coshocton, Ohio on August 26, 1946.
She was a LPN nurse for most of her life. She loved spending her free time at the senior citizen center, crafting, and baking.
Dorothy also loved her cats. She is survived by her son John (Jennifer) Grant of South Carolina; daughter Katie (Craig) Hultz of Coshocton; grandchildren Jordan, Jack, and Jason Grant of South Carolina, Jenna (Sam) Schwartz of Nevada, Dennis Fender of Strasburg, Ohio, Ryan Quinlan of Coshocton, and Nathan Quinlan of Zanesville; Step Granddaughter Keely Hultz of Athens; Great-grandchildren Hayden Steven Bryce Fender; Step Great Grandsons Max Schwartz and Reilly Hultz; Sister Mary (Jim) Dawson of Oklahoma.
Along with her parents Dorothy is preceded in death by her daughter Jeanne Ellen Grant.
Friends may call at The Miller Funeral Home 639 Main Street, Coshocton, Ohio on Friday February 28, 2014 from 5 PM – 7 PM. A memorial Service will begin at 7 PM with Melissa Leist officiating.
