C. JoAnn Marquand

C. JoAnn Marquand, 89, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday January 6, 2019.

JoAnn was born on December 12, 1929 in Newcomerstown, Ohio, she was the sweet daughter of the late Margaret (Jones) Castle and B.K. Castle.  She graduated from Newcomerstown High School in 1948.

She was first married to the late Archie Fletcher Jr. in 1947.  They had five children and share over twenty-four years together.  She later married the Richard Marquand Sr..

JoAnn was a homemaker for many years.  She also worked as an STNA at Coshocton Memorial Hospital for over 10 years.  She was also a member of the Pink Ladies and Coshocton Alliance Church.

She enjoyed attending church, reading her Bible, watch the Christian & Travel channels on TV and playing Bingo at the care center.

JoAnn is survived by her children Lucinda (Mike Bailey) West of Fresno, JoEllen (Richard) Marquand of Coshocton, Bruce Fletcher of Coshocton, John (Kristy) Fletcher of Kingston and Tom Fletcher of West Lafayette; sister Marde (Bob) Hothem of West Lafayette; brother Steve Castle of Maryland; twelve grandchildren; twenty four great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.

Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Richard Marquand Sr.; a sister Judy Roe and great great granddaughter Delanie June McCormick.

Friends may call at The Miller Funeral Home, 639 Main St., Coshocton on Thursday January 10, 2019 from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM where funeral services will begin at 1:00 PM with Pastor Michael Bilsza officiating.  Interment will follow in Coshocton County Memorial Gardens.
