A dad isn’t defined as the man who makes a child but rather the man who extends his hands and time to help with the child’s raising and his heart to Love the child through anything! Blood doesn’t always make you a dad. Being a dad comes from the heart and the child who is more than willing to accept his heart with unconditionally love and that is what a real father is all about! Todd you were that man! You have those children and grandchildren in your life to prove it! You will be truly Loved by those whom you have raised as your own for the last 20 years and nobody else matters because you were a fantastic and loving father and you have more than one child to prove that!

I am heartbroken to hear of Todd's passing. Sadly, I hadn't seen Todd for many, many years but he was someone that I always enjoyed and I'm so happy to see that he had a happy life and a loving family. Rest In Peace, my friend - you will be missed!!

Todd and I served together for about 2 years. We were not good friends at first I guess with being from different areas of the country with him from Ohio and me from New Orleans. We ended up becoming close friends. I will always remember him as having a big heart, tough and a hell of an athlete. Stereotypical Midwestern ball player. I thank God that he and I connected on Fbook again about a year ago. I hadn't heard from him in over 25 years. I am beyond sad about Todd's passing but have many memories of him from our Navy days. May he rest in peace.....and still be waving a Cleveland Browns flag! Love ya brother.....

Todd was the Love ❤️ of my Life no one will ever replace him. He was the best husband, father anyone could ever hope for. He loved unselfishly from the very bottom of his heart and soul & accepted anyone that loved him unconditionally & always put his true family & friends first and foremost! I don’t know how I will ever breathe fully again without Todd in my life! I miss you from the very being of my soul baby and I will never love any man the way I love 💕 you! You complete me!!!!

Todd may have not been there since my birth but, He has been like my Father since he came into our lives. He was there for me at my wedding. He was so excited to hear when I was pregnant, he actually cried. He cried when my son was born. And was there with a milkshake for me as soon as Hunter was born. Because I had gestational diabetes and a milkshake is what I wanted the whole time. He was there for me during my teens into womenhood. Always for the rescue. I wish he was still here to watch his grandson grow He said he was going to make Hunter into the next Tiger Woods. Oh how you will be missed. I love you always and forever. Your Pookoe Bear.
